Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with Users' use of the Software in violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice to Users. Continued use of the Software after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
